Its regenerative and therapeutic elements and is quite balancing and used in blends to assist with trauma recovery.
This essential oil is a nervous system sedative, which is commonly known for its unique relaxing aroma and mood-boosting features. Spikenard is versatile and is derived from Nardostachys jatamansi, which provides relief from pain, relieves stress and brightens and clear the skin.
